Last Night Together In Paris

Last night Elena and I went out for our last meal in Paris--just the two of us. Elena had gone to eat crêpes in Montparnasse the night before and wanted to try a neighboring Crêperie. I don't know what Elena's thing with crêpes is, but she sure likes crêpes. She had one with spinach, some sort of cheese inside and topped with a fried egg wnd three strips of bacon. I had one with a sausage, and cheese inside. They were pretty good. Elena's was actually better than mine--a very rare occurence. Usually Elena orders the healthier item and I order the tastier one.

After we ate, we headed up to the Opera, then over to the Concorde, then up to the Grande Palais, and then finally home. Paris is nice at night. All the old buildings are lit up and people are out having a good time. We were pretty tired because we had spent the whole afternoon in Versailles touring the palace and grounds.
